HeartBeat…..
Tonight we have our HeartBeat groups or HB groups, which are our youth ministries small groups. Do i believe that the heart beat of our ministry is small groups…yes I do and let me tell you why! Tonight I get a great opportunity to really reach out and love these students. Junior High is super fun, but very difficult to reach out to because the ablility or lack-there-of to get around (i.e. vehicle), limits what we are able to do. So meeting once a week in the same area to really talk deeply and invest in time with students is really great and needed to be capitalized on.
If you can leave this post with anything, know that people’s time is very valuable (no matter the age) and you should jump on any chance that you have to in investing in peoples lives!
